Today I had the pleasure to meet my boss for a talk. Every year she wants to met me and talk about me, my work, how I feel, where I'll be in the next year, what my strengths are to bring the working place further and so on and on. You sure know all this, "selling-yourself-talks-with-your-boss".
I don't like them, specially the day before I have them.
My boss will give me this paper, with alot of words which are supposed to give sense to me and smart answers to my boss. It's just all that great.
Well, when the talk is finish, and I heard how satisified the boss ist with me, and I could talk clever enough. I feel good. and could shake my legs again, feeling all free :)
